The Communicative Approach focuses on language as a social tool. We focus on real-life situations in order to present a topic in context as natural as possible, because learning a language successfully comes through having to communicate real meaning.

The lessons are conducted in the target language and each lesson focuses on a specific language goal.

Cultural understanding

Combining language learning and cultural understanding helps you understand the behavior and cultural customs of a society, and therefore communicate more effectively.

Culture influences the language that is spoken and how people communicate with one another. So, in order to become truly fluent in a language, you have to understand the culture. 

Our classes combine language learning and cultural understanding in order for you to use your new language skills in the right context. From social situations to business meetings, I’ll teach you how to communicate effectively and avoid uncomfortable scenarios.

Everyone learns at their own pace, but I make sure to maximize your potential. 

We start with an evaluation of your goals and proficiency levels, in order for me to give you lessons that are right for you. 

Our classroom, whether in-person or virtual, is a safe space for you to make mistakes and grow in your learning. My goal is to make my students feel comfortable and create an environment where they can laugh and have fun while learning. I believe that the more comfortable you feel in class, the more confident you will be when you’re out on your own.

Here, the class is designed just for you. No matter your learning style or situation, the classes are built to meet your needs. 

You can learn in-person or take classes virtually, from anywhere in the world. I’ll even come to you if that’s what you need. I offer on-site classes and language coaching, in your workplace or other location, worldwide.
